Tickets are sold on a no refund no exchange basis but please contact Encore Tickets through the contact form if you are unable to use your tickets as sometimes Encore may be able to put the tickets on re-sale. Please note if Encore are able to try and re-sell the tickets, the original tickets will need to be returned to Encore's Offices and Encore will only be able to give you a refund less booking fee if a resale occurs.
